| 100% malvasia shriveled (raisined) on the vine and picked late. Macerated for twelve hours and halted by refrigeration when it has 80 g/l sugar left. Aged in new Allier oak barrels for two months on the lees. Golden yellow colour and intense aromas which resemble rose, dried apricots and orange. To the mouth is full and consistent with high glycerol. It could be combined with goose liver pate, cheese and desserts or as aperitifs. |
