[allier white]

100% listan blanco picked from slopes more than 1.000 m high above sea level. Skin macerated by refrigeration and fermented in new Allier oak barrels. Aged for two months on its own lees being stirred up regularly. It results in a very complexed wine, in which the varietal aromas, the depth evoked by the wood, the toast tinges and lees are all mixed up.

A great accompaniment to cheese and dried-fruits.
